There is no
stopping Golmaal Again! The Rohit Shetty-directorial has managed to collect
Rs 100 crore at the box-office in just 4 days of its release. Now, isn't that’s fabulous?
The multi-starrer had churned approximately Rs 33 crore on the first day of its release. On the second day, it grossed Rs 28.50 crore. Day 3 collections amounted to almost same as Day 2, totally to around Rs 87 crore over the weekend. The estimate figures for Monday are close to Rs 16 crores, taking the total to Rs 103 crore (approx).
Golmaal Again released alongside Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar this Diwali. Though both films are riding high on positive word of mouth, it’s Golmaal Again that’s making huge numbers at the box office. While masses are enjoying the out-and-out comedy drama, Aamir's Secret Superstar has garnered a lot of critical acclaim.

Golmaal series have always left the audience in splits and if reviews are anything to go by, Golmaal Again too is equally hilarious as the previous instalments. Of course fans missed watching Kareena Kapoor in the film, but all in all, the film has managed to strike a chord with viewers.
With overwhelming
collections on Saturday, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty’s Diwali bonanza has
become the highest opener of 2017, beating the likes of Salman’s Tubelight,
Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Harry Met Sejal and Akshay Kumar’s Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.
The occupancy across India, over the first two days was at par with the Hindi
version of Bahubali - The Conclusion.
The film also stars Prakash Raj and Neil Nitin Mukesh and marks Devgn's tenth
film collaboration with Rohit Shetty.
