Bollywood actor Sahil Khan has found himself in yet another legal trouble. The actor, who rose to fame with projects like Style, Xcuse Me, Aladin and Ramaa: The Saviour, is currently making the headlines for allegedly threatening a 43-year-old woman. It is being reported that the Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against him and another woman for allegedly threatening to kill the complainant and uploading her defamatory posts on social media.

According to ABP News, on Wednesday, Sahil was booked under Sections 500, 501, 509, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). As per the reports, the complainant is a resident of suburban Oshiwara and she had a quarrel with a woman in a Mumbai gym in February 2023. The officials have stated that the accused woman and the actor had abused and threatened the other woman. Quoting the FIR, the official stated that the accused duo had also “defamatory posts on social media against the complainant and her family members.” The media publication reports that not only did the accused have an affair with the complainant’s husband but she had also lodged a case against him at a police station. 

Sahil has often made the headlines for falling into legal trouble. It was in September 2021 that he was booked for harassing and instigating Manoj Patil, a model and a fitness trainer, to commit suicide. In a statement he had said, “Committing suicide is a crime in India. Manoj should understand that. Raj Faujdar has transaction receipts of Rs 2 lakh with Manoj's name mentioned on it and not mine. If I come and sell drugs outside your house and if you put that up on social media, would I be able to say that you are bullying me?”
