Bollywood filmmaker Farah Khan recently made the headlines when she visited the Lalbaugcha Raja with actor Sonu Sood. She looked beautiful in her black ensemble as she was spotted at the famous Ganpati pandal to seek blessings and offer prayers. However soon a video of her struggling to walk and being guided through the crowd by her friends surfaced on the internet which led to her getting brutally trolled. Now, she had taken to her official social media handle to react to the trolling.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the 58-year-old filmmaker shared a video of the Ganpati idol at Lalbaug and penned a heartfelt note that expressed her gratitude towards everyone. She wrote, “Had the most amazing darshan of #lalbaughcharaja .. right at his feet.. despite whatever ul see in videos of me looking incapacitated due to crowds i just want to say it was all worth it.” She goes on to thank the security, the volunteers, and the police that have been handlining such crowds on a daily basis. Talking about the viral video, uploaded by Instant Bollywood, it was seen that the Happy New Year director was being dragged by two people in the midst of a very crowded place. As she looked extremely exhausted and unwell, many netizens came in to claim that she might be drunk or high if she isn’t able to walk on her own. One wrote, “Ye aise kyu chal rahin h jese current lag gya h.” Another one wrote, “High on weed or wot typical bollywood nature.” Other one wrote, “I thought something happened to her. On the work front, having given hits like Om Shanti Om and Main Hoon Na, Farah Khan’s last project was Happy New Year starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.
