Actress Twinkle Khanna is active on social media during the lockdown and constantly shares pictures of what’s she’s caught up with during the quarantine break. As everyone across the country celebrates Eid-Ul-Fitr, actress-author Twinkle Khanna took to her social media to pen down a heartfelt post. On the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr 2020, the popular author remembers her nani and mom Dimple Kapadia’s mother Betty Kapadia in an emotional post and recalled Eidi memories and lunches sharing a glimpse of her Eid lunch.

On Instagram, Twinkle Khanna shared a beautiful picture of what’s on their Eid special menu for the festival. Sharing the picture, she captioned the post , “We rarely made biryani on Eid. Our treat was always Nani’s delicious Kichda and decorated envelopes with our Eidi. This year, our hearts and our table have too many empty spaces without her to fill it all up. #eidmubarak.” As the actress shared a picture of her Eid feast, the picture consisted of a Khichda, mentioned by Khanna dressed with some caramelized onions and mint leaves, with Roti to accompany.

In the emotional post, Khanna mentioned how they rarely made biryani on Eid. She continued that their treat was always her Nani’s delicious Kichda and decorated envelopes with their Eidi. As Twinkle Khanna’s family lost their grandmother last year, the actress mentioned how everyone has too many empty spaces without her to fill it up in their hearts and table. She finally concluded her heartfelt post by wishing fans.



Meanwhile, as Twinkle Khanna wished all her fans out there, the post received many likes instantly. Fans praised the actress for the mouth-watering picture and also send lots of love wishing her Eid Mubarak in return. Talking about Twinkle’s nani Betty Kapadia, she died at the age of 80 in 2019 after being diagnosed with a respiratory disorder.
