As per a report in Abplive.com, Samantha Ruth Prabhu charges almost Rs. 5 crores for an item number. Her latest song ‘Oo Antava' from the Telugu blockbuster 'Pushpa: The Rise' has created a huge buzz on social media. Samantha was paid Rs. 5 crores for doing this peppy song. Nora Fatehi, who is known for her chartbuster numbers like Dilbar, Kusu Kusu, Kamariya, Ek Toh Kum Zindagani, charges a huge amount for a song in a film. Reportedly, she takes Rs. 50 lakh for leading a special track in any film.
The report added that hottie Sunny Leone takes fees of Rs. 3 crore for dancing in an item song. It is indeed quite expensive. Katrina Kaif, on the other hand, has increased her fees after 'Dhoom 3’. Earlier, she used to charge Rs. 50 lakh for an item song but now keeping in mind her growing popularity, she has reportedly hiked her fee. Meanwhile, Jacqueline Fernandez charges around Rs. 3 crore for featuring in an item song. It goes without saying that the producers have to pay a huge price for roping in these actresses to do an item song in films.
