Bollywood divas Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra Jonas celebrated their first Diwali after marriage in 2019. Though this Diwali, DeepVeer are over the moon as they have a double reason to celebrate. Apart from having a gala time with family to celebrate the festival of lights and sweets, the duo is also celebrating their 2nd wedding anniversary. Tinsel Town’s most charming couple- Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot on November 14 and 15, 2018 following Konkani and Sindhi traditions, respectively. Their dreamy wedding in Lake Como, Italy was followed by three receptions in India- two in Dippy’s hometown Bangalore and one in Mumbai.

As last year’s Diwali marked their first festival together, Deepika and Ranveer decided to celebrate it with family. While there was no social media post from Mr. & Mrs. Singh, the Chhapaak actress in her interview had spilt the beans on their first Diwali plans. Deepika had then told The Print’s Off The Cuff chat show, “Family time, we extremely value the time we have with our parents and sisters. We will not be working, that's the rule and we won’t be socialising much. Just family time!.” Well, we already can’t wait for them to give us a sneak-peek into their Diwali 2020 celebrations.

On December 1 and 2, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got married following Catholic and Hindu wedding traditions, respectively. Just like DeepVeer, their wedding was also followed by 3 receptions- one in Delhi and two in Mumbai.

In October last year, Peecee along with her singer hubby, Nick celebrated their first Diwali in Mexico and their pictures were pure bliss. Decked up in ethnic wear, Peecee and Nick had shared pictures of her decorated house with her family. For Diwali 2019 celebration, Priyanka looked ethereal in a beige floral printed saree, while Nick complemented his wife in white shirt paired with pants.
