Dimple Kapadia Shies Away From Being Near Sunny Deol. Was It To Avoid From Hell Breaking Loose?

Discretion is the best form of valour. Maybe Sunny and Dimple followed this phrase and decided to not be seen together at the bash hosted to celebrate the senior actress' nephew Karan's first splash in Bollywood

Certain things are not destined to happen and this was one such. After drawing grandiose plans to launch her nephew with a party that would have Sunny Deol since he is a part of the same film, Dimple Kapadia chose to remain conspicuous by her absence. Manzil Manzil pukara tujhe, it largely all began from there when Mr Deol sang this song for her in the movie by the same name. It’s thus been more than 3 decades. Soon, their  'friendship'  blossomed, courtesy movies like Aag Ka Gola, Gunaah and Narasimha. They never spoke about their fondness for each other, even though a video of them holidaying in Monaco did go viral on the Internet sometime in the past.

So yeah, you and I thought that we might spot them under one roof at the bash at Sin City last weekend held to primarily celebrate Dimple's nephew Karan Kapadia's Bollywood debut in a movie called Blank. In fact, we broke that story and a few minutes later, the film's PR team also sent out an invitation which spelt out that both Sunny and Dimple would be present at the venue.

It is being said that almost the entire Kapadia family along with Sunny Deol had decided to celebrating Karan Kapadia’s debut at Sin City. Why did the plan change? The paparazzi's faces fell when Dimple failed to turn up.

It is quite apparent that Dimple decided at the last minute to stay away rather than get clicked with Sunny, and who knows, some journalist might have popped up an uncomfortable question. And then, hell might have broken loose.

Dimple Kapadia With Sunny Deol

Blank is Behzad Khambata's action-thriller where Karan will be seen playing the role of a suicide bomber. Besides Sunny and Karan, the film also stars Sunny Deol and Drishyam actress Ishita Dutta. Blank is slated to hit theatres on May 3. FYI, Karan is the son of Dimple Kapadia’s sister Simple, who was also an actress. Simple debuted opposite her brother-in-law Rajesh Khanna in Anurodh- a film which is still remembered for its lilting tunes.
