Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar’s younger brothers Ehsaan Khan and Aslam Khan tested positive for Coronavirus after which they were admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai last night. According to a report in Times Of India, both Ehsaan and Aslam have been on non-invasive ventilator support. As per the report, they both complained of breathlessness and were advised by the doctor to get hospitalized since their oxygen levels were low. Dilip Kumar’s brother Ehsaan is 90 years old, while Aslam is a few years younger.

A source told TOI, “Ehsaan Khan and Aslam Khan complained of breathlessness. They were advised by Dr. Nitin Gokhale to get hospitalised as their oxygen levels were quite low. The two also have a history of blood pressure and heart ailment." They are currently being treated by Dr. Jalil Parkar, the same doctor under whom Sanjay Dutt was admitted last weekend. The doctor confirmed while speaking to the tabloid that Aslam Khan and Ehsaan Khan are on a non-invasive ventilator, and that they had hypoxia. He also informed that their oxygen saturation was less than 94 and both of them had cough and fever.

Meanwhile, it was in March that 97-year-old actor Dilip Kumar had tweeted that he was in complete isolation owing to the Coronavirus pandemic and that his wife Saira Banu had ensured that he does not contract any infection.

Saira Banu had also shared an update on Dilip Kumar’s health in March, and said, “Hello everyone, I'm so happy to tell all of you that Dilip saab is a lot better. He had a very severe backache and we had to go and check it out at Lilavati and we checked it out and came back." Dilip Kumar, in his tweets, has been urging people to stay at home, amid Coronavirus pandemic.
