Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar is no more. Known as the 'Tragedy King' of Indian cinema, he was admitted to Hinduja Hospital last week after he complained of breathlessness. His funeral will take place with state honours at 5pm in Santacruz. No doubt, the late actor will be remembered forever. Fans and celebrities took to social media to remember the legend. Tributes also poured in from the sports community. From Sachin Tendulkar to Vurendra Sehwag, many offered their condolences.

Sharing an old picture of the late actor, Sachin Tendulkar wrote, 'Rest in peace Dilip Kumar ji! There will never be another like you. Your contribution to Indian cinema is unparalleled and you'll be missed dearly. My heartfelt condolences to Saira Banu ji & the family.' Yuvraj Singh tweeted, 'Deeply saddened to hear about the demise of Dilip Kumar ji. Another legend passes, marking the end of an era. His contribution to cinema is unmatched and unprecedented. My deepest condolences to the family.'

Taking to Twitter, Shahid Afridi wrote, 'Indeed to Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return. A huge loss for Yousuf Khan Sahib's fans from KPK to Mumbai and across the globe. He lives on in our hearts. Deepest condolences to Saira Banu Sahiba. #DilipKumar.'
