Upon Dunki actor's expressed interest in the title, Nadiadwala swiftly completed the required paperwork and transferred it within a week, according to reports. An insider revealed that the title 'King' was originally intended for an action film featuring Hrithik Roshan and directed by Kabir Khan back in 2017. Nevertheless, Nadiadwala acknowledged that no one could embody the title of King better than SRK, leading to the transfer.
