It is no secret that Bollywood celebrities are often given tight security in the wake of their huge popularity and for their safety. In fact, many A-listers have their own bodyguards. Recently, actor Salman Khan was granted Y+ security by Mumbai Police after he received a death threat following the brutal killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu MooseWala. But do you know that Khan is not the only actor whose security has been beefed up, even Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher too has been granted X category of security?

Yes, you read that right! As per several media reports, the Rowdy Rathore actor’s security has also been increased. Akshay has been granted X category of security which implies that at least three security officers would always be with him to protect him. However, Khiladi Kumar like Salman will not have an access to commandos though. The report added that even veteran actor Anupam Kher has been granted X category of security. It is being said that due to increasing threats, some of the B-town actors’ security has been beefed up. To note, as far as expenses are concerned, the actors will take charge of their own security.
