India reacted loudly against AIB, Tanmay Bhatt and KRK, but why have few to none said a word against Mika Singh's filthy jab at Diana Penty's surname? You don't need to know rocket science to understand what Mika meant when he said ‘Diana Panty, Mika Kachha’ on stage, a few days ago. And yes, he said ‘Panty’ and not ‘Penty’ (see the video embedded above). The incident which happened at Hard Rock Cafe at a promotional event of Happy Bhag Jayegi had Diana squirming in discomfort, but the dignified Cocktail actress did not tell him even a single word in return. Does it say anything about her upbringing? Class.
So yeah, SpotboyE.com has it from one of Diana's close friends that she was furious at what the Ganpat Chal Daru La singer said. We won't be surprised if she couldn't believe her ears and wouldnt have minded if someone boxed his.
“However, she held herself back. She reacted, but only in her head. That’s how Diana is,” says the friend.
We come back to our question: Why is there no noise yet -- not even on social media where people react even on frivolous issues -- that one of our heroines has been humiliated by a singer, who had the cheek to do it in the midst of her upcoming film’s producer (Krishika Lulla), director (Mudassar Aziz) and cast?
Where are the Tanmay Bhat, KRK and AIB trollers? Is it because Diana is not a big heroine yet that people have given a Nelson's eye to Mika's audacity and blasphemy?
What a shameful act, Mika. If you really love your profession, it is mandatory that you respect your fraternity at least. Drill sense into your head that you have no right to say anything and everything about everybody, you are ‘misusing democracy’.
Chief Justice of India (CJI) in 2013, Altamas Kabir, had once said: “A nation which cannot ensure respect for its women, can never prosper".
Do you see India prospering?
