Deepika
Padukone who won the Entertainer of the Year Award at the Hello Hall of Fame
Awards, last evening said she’s praying for an ailing Irrfan Khan.
She urged the fans and media to allow the Khans
the space they have requested for.
“I think we should always pray for people and
their good health. If his health is not best at this point, I think it is
important for all of us to pray, not just for him, but for everyone. I always
say a small little prayer for myself and everyone around. Yes, I think the last
couple of weeks have been emotionally challenging, but yes, I think we all
should say a little prayer,” said Deepika.
Irrfan Khan recently put out a social media
post, sharing news of him suffering from a “rare illness.”

“I think like he has requested that there are
times when people need to be left alone for sometime and figure their lives
out... We should respect the space they have requested for and hope for the
best,” added Deepika.
Deepika and Irrfan have earlier acted together
in the award-winning film Piku, that also starred Amitabh Bachchan.
Deepika had also taken a leave of absence from
Vishal Bhardwaj’s film sets after she suffered an aggravated pain in the neck.
The actress who looked ravishing at the Hello! Hall Of Fame Awards last night
