Deepika Padukone has been in news since this afternoon after her sprawling apartment complex in BeauMonde Towers at Prabhadevi caught fire. Deepika has finally taken to Twitter to talk about her safety and requests fans to pray for firefighters at site.

Fire Engulfs BeauMonde Building
For those who've come in late, Deepika has an office on the 33rd floor, where the fire primarily broke out. She resides on the 26th floor of the same building.
The fire brigade was called around 2:08 pm. According to reports, the fire was confined to the 32 & 33 floor's duplex flats. Approximately, 90 -95 people were rescued safely from the complex.
