Since the film's release, rumors have circulated about Khushi dating her co-star Vedang Raina, with the duo frequently being seen together.
Recently, Khushi and Vedang were spotted attending an event together, further fueling these rumors. In a video shared on Instagram, they were seen standing in a queue, while actress Sonam Bajwa was seen entering the event. Khushi looked stunning in a red, long flowy dress, and Vedang opted for an all-black outfit. Notably, Khushi was seen adjusting Vedang's shirt, which sparked more speculation about their relationship.
Earlier, a Reddit user posted a photo of Khushi and a mystery man at Dubai airport, igniting further rumors. Although the man's face was not visible, netizens quickly identified him as Vedang. The Reddit user described Khushi as looking like the "girl next-door" and mentioned seeing her holding hands with Vedang, who was twinning with her in matching grey track pants. During a candid chat with Instant Bollywood, Vedang spoke about Khushi's generous nature. He mentioned that she often thinks about others more than herself, a quality he admires. He also noted that she sometimes experiences self-doubt and wished for her to have more confidence in herself.
Khushi and her sister Janhvi Kapoor appeared on an episode of the reality show "Koffee With Karan," where they addressed questions about their dating lives. When host Karan Johar asked Khushi about her rumored relationship with Vedang, she immediately denied it, saying, "False. I say false. It’s not true." She humorously referenced a scene from the movie "Om Shanti Om," where characters repeatedly deny their relationships, adding, "You know that scene in Om Shanti Om where there is a row of people saying, ‘Om and I are just good friends.'"
Khushi's public appearances with Vedang and their evident comfort around each other continue to keep fans and the media intrigued about the true nature of their relationship.
