Sreesanth and Nain have named the boy-Suryasree. As you can see in the pictures, the entire family is joyous with the new arrival. Suryasree is definitely a lucky kid as he had love showering from both his Nani (who flew down from Bhopal) and Dadi (who came from Kochi) to be with their grandson.

Also spotted in the pictures are Sreesanth’s friend/manager Sonu Lakhani and his wife holding the new born.

On December 12, 2013, Sreesanth married his girlfriend Bhuvneshwari Kumari of Jaipur's Shekhawat family in Kerala. The couple was blessed with a daughter on July 27, 2015.

Talking about his Bollywood career, Sreesanth was a contestant in the dance reality show-Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 7 in 2014. He will make his Bollywood debut with Pooja Bhatt’s Cabret starring Richa Chadda and Gulshan Devaiya.

Meanwhile, Sreesanth is also awaiting his next Bollywood movie Aksar 2 in December, where he plays a lawyer. Zarine Khan is the heroine of the film.

Sreesanth has also acted in a Malayalam film, Team 5. Not just this, he has entered Politics too this year. On March 25 2016, Sreesanth joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and will contest the upcoming Kerala Assembly elections from Thiruvananthapuram.

Sreesanth has also had his fair shares of controversies as well. Like for one, on April 25 2008, during an IPL match, Sreesanth was slapped under his eye by Harbhajan Singh, the captain of Mumbai. Harbhajan's team (Kings XI Punjab) had lost their third consecutive match when he apparently reacted violently to Sreesanth's approaching him and saying "hard luck". Sreesanth later downplayed the incident saying he had no complaints against Harbhajan who was "like an elder brother" to him.

Another one followed in the year 2013 when on May 16 May, Delhi police arrested Sreesanth from Mumbai, on charges of spot-fixing during IPL 6. On September 13 2013, Sreesanth was banned for life by BCCI’s disciplinary committee. In July 2015, he was acquitted in the spot-fixing case.
