Ever since the cases and the death toll is increasing rapidly, the makers across the globe have been pushing the release and shoots of their upcoming projects, ahead. Not only this, but many celebrities are also constantly informing their fans about the cancelation of their national or international event in the wake of COVID-19. The latest film, whose shoot has to come to halt, is Shahid Kapoor’s cricket-flick, Jersey.
Taking to Twitter, Shahid Kapoor informed fans about film’s shoot coming to halt. He tweeted, “At a time like this it is our social responsibility to do everything in our capacity to curb the spread of this virus. Team #Jersey is suspending shoot so as to enable all unit members to be with their families and in the safety of their homes. Be responsible. Stay safe.” In his Tweet, the Kabir Singh actor said they want all their unit members to be with their families and stay at home.
For those who don’t know, following the coronavirus pandemic scare, the makers of Sooryavanshi postponed the release date of the film. This morning, we also brought you the statement of Angrezi Medium makers who said, with the lockdown of theaters and malls in Mumbai, the film will be re-released, soon.
