After Kartik Aaryan’s Coronavirus rap, Varun Dhawan has now shown some of his rapping skills. Ever since Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the lockdown for 21 days, now for 19 days, Bollywood celebs have been urging their fans to stay indoors and follow all the precautionary measures to stay safe. Just like you and I, all the Bollywood and Hollywood celebs have self-isolated themselves and are also asking people to practice social-distancing to stop the multiplication of COVID-19.
But who says you can’t be creative while quarantined? We mean look at Varun Dhawan. Taking to Instagram, Varun Dhawan posted his new rap video, featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with music and some movie scenes. The clip opens with Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing the nation and mentioning about the lockdown for 21 days. Soon Varun Dhawan starts showing off his rapping skills and the pictures of empty roads of Mumbai also flash in the video alongside. The clip also consists of small portions from Varun’s films like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya’s Devdas’ scene.
Wait, it also has Teletubbies dancing. The video ends with Varun Dhawan saying, “Janta Curfew rocks” and “Stay indoors and be safe!!!” flashes on the screen. He captioned the video, “#LOCKDOWN #vararaps Stay indoors stay safe Thank you @tanishk_bagchi @ericpillai @dipraj_jadhav_edits @go_addy”
A few days back, Kartik Aaryan had re-shared his rap video and had warned people, “Jab tak Ghar nahin baithoge, main yaad dilaata rahunga! #CoronaStopKaroNa #CoronaRapKaroNa Keep spreading the word,” in his caption.
