Coolie No 1: Fans Compare Varun Dhawan To Govinda; Share Hilarious Memes And Trend Govinda Calling Him A 'Legend'

After much anticipation, finally the trailer of Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan's film Coolie No 1 released today. The young stars have stepped into the shoes of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor for this one. The film is helmed by David Dhawan who had also directed the original Coolie No 1 starring the iconic pair. The film is going to release on December 25 on Amazon Prime. While stars like Ranveer Singh, Abhishek Bachchan and others are totally bowled over by the trailer, fans are comparing Varun to Govinda.

On Twitter, Govinda is trending as fans are drawing comparisons between the two. Many believe that Varun Dhawan is turning out to be the modern Govinda with his performance in Coolie No 1. However, there are many who are also sharing memes over the trailer and saying that no one can match the persona and charm of Govinda.
