Janhvi Kapoor who made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak in 2017 opposite Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother Ishaan Khatter is all praises for Deepika Padukone’s impeccable performance in the much-talked-about movie Chhapaak co-starring internet sensation Vikrant Massey. Chappak directed by Raazi director Meghna Gulzar has been received huge appreciation by one and all. The movie is based on real-life acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal and narrates her struggles.
Janhvi Kapoor, who is quite active on social media, took to her Instagram account and shared a poster of Chhapaak and wrote a sweet note in her Instagram story. Her caption read, “Brave, sensitive and soul-stirring.” She further added, “one of the most important films of our time.” The actress later thanked Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey and director Megha Gulzar for such a beautiful film.

Well, we can say that was a sweet gesture by Dhadak girl who seems to be in an awe of the movie and could not stop herself from going vocal about it. Chhapaak clashed with Tanhaji starring Ajay Devgn, Kajol Devgn, Sharad Kelkar and Saif Ali Khan. Chhapaak has collected around Rs. 22.25 crore and Tanhaji is all set to enter the 100 crore club. On the other hand, Deepika Padukone is gearing up for Karan Johar’s next opposite Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.
