It seems the legal woes for TV producer Roshan Garry won’t end anytime soon. Yesterday, we reported that the lady who has co-produced the web show D-code along with Hiten Tejwani has been slapped with legal notice by Ullu App

And now another actress named Satarupa Pyne, who made her Bollywood debut with Madhur Bhandarkar's Calendar Girls reached out to us revealing about the police complaint she has filed against Roshan Garry at Oshiwara Police Station for noy paying her dues and harassing her on set while shooting.

Satarupa who was roped in to play the lead role in one of the episodes of Ullu App's D-Code (earlier titled as The Others) was asked to wear some sleazy clothes without a costume trial on set, however the brave actress refused to bow down.

Talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, she said, "The producer Roshan was a difficult person to deal with. It was a horrifying experience while shooting for the episode, as I was asked to wear sleazy clothes that too without a trial. I agree that during the time of narration she did inform me that it will be a bold shoot, which I was quite okay with as I have already done a web series called 'Fuh Se Fantasy', which also had some intimate scenes."

Then, the actress lodged a complaint at the police station, when the producer refused to clear her payment. A disheartened Satarupa told us, "She did not hand me over my contract paper and made sure that it doesn't reach me until the shoot got over. In spite of asking time and again, I was told that they will hand it over to me on the last day of shoot. I was expecting a call for the last day’s shoot. But when I didn't receive the call, I tried to reach out to Roshan and her assistant Puja. They didn't take my calls and Puja replied that they are not interested in shooting further with me. It's been about 90 days and I haven't received my payment, despite making repeated calls. Hence, I filed a complaint at the Oshiwara Police Station for cheating me with my money, not paying my dues on time and misconduct. The cops called her several times in front of me, but she refrained to attend their calls as well. Lastly, I was told that if by 25th of this month, I don't receive my payment, an FIR will be lodged against Roshan at the same police station."

Satarupa further stated, "Also, I would like to request her to not use my body double to complete the episodes as some patchwork is remaining.  She should also not use someone else's voice for the dubbing as that too if left. If she does these things without my permission, I will make sure to put her behind the bars."

We reached out to producer Roshan Garry to know her side of the story and she told us, "We have not been intimated about this, neither the police has called. If it was an offence, they would have registered an FIR. Nothing of this sort has happened. She signed an agreement where it was clearly mentioned about the bold look, clothes and scenes. She happily shot for few scenes and then she started blackmailing me to pay her more; even the shoot was halted for 6 hours".

We also got in touch with Ullu App's CEO Vibhu Agarwal and quizzed him about the non-payment issue. "We are extremely disappointed with Roshan's behavior towards the cast and crew of the web-series. I wish we could help them, but as per the contract, Roshan is liable to clear the dues. We as a channel have nothing to do with it."
