As per the latest development in Siddhanth Kapoor’s drug case, Shakti Kapoor’s son has been granted bail on Monday. He was detained for alleged consumption of drugs at a rave party in Bengaluru. According to ANI, not just Siddhanth, but the other four people arrested have also been released on bail. Bheema Shankar Gulled, Deputy Commissioner of Police for East Bengaluru told the news wire that Siddhanth and the four others will be appearing before the police as and when called.

On Sunday night, Bengaluru Police after receiving a tipoff busted an overnight drug party in a 5 Star hotel. A few people were detained including Siddhant after their blood samples tested positive for drug usage. Yesterday, the Bengaluru Police confirmed that Siddhant Kapoor consumed drugs and stated he will be transferring him to judicial detention. Bengaluru City Police's Deputy Commissioner said, "Siddhanth Kapoor's medical shows he had consumed drugs. We have already arrested him and are following the procedure. We will be sending him to judicial custody."

Talking about the raid, The DCP said, "Last night we got info that a party is going on and they have consumed drugs. We raided and detained 35 people. We didn't find any drugs on their person but found MDMA and ganja disposed of nearby. We will investigate CCTV to check who disposed of it.”
Reportedly, during the raid, the Police found two packets of drugs near the dustbin, four rose-coloured pills and three blue-coloured pills. 

Reacting to his son’s drug test report, Shakti Kapoor maintained that it is impossible. He told Etimes TV, “I can say only one thing - it’s not possible.”
