As reported by Times Now, the magistrate court has granted the custody of Showik and Samuel to the NCB till September 9, while Kaizan Ibrahim has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. The report mentions that their lawyers of Showik and Samuel opposed the custody with full power stating that their clients are willing to cooperate with the NCB in investigation, however, the judge gave out the verdict in the investigating agency's favour.
From the court from, Showik and Samuel were directly taken to the NCB office.

The Narcotics Control Bureau came into picture to investigate Sushant Singh Rajput's death case after the Enforcement Directorate reportedly found some proofs against Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty and others related to drugs. Later, a case was filed against Rhea, Showik, Samuel Miranda and others by the NCB.
