After Bombay High Court ordered a stay on BMC’s demolition on Kangana Ranaut’s office, the actress then filed a plea against the Municipal Corporation. Yesterday, a BMC team arrived at Ranaut’s production office, to raze the ‘illegal structure’. This morning, actress’ sister Rangoli Chandel visited her production office to check the damage done by the BMC, later Kangana too visited her office to take stock of the damages. After Kangana returned to the city, she filed a plea against BMC against demolition.
Now in a recent development, Kangana Ranaut’s plea against the demolition of her office has been adjourned till September 22 by the Bombay High Court. Kangana filed the petition against BMC’s illegal demolition notice. Earlier, her lawyer sought time to respond to the BMC's affidavit. As per reports, the lawyer made amendments to the original petition after the demolition yesterday. It was also reported that BMC has listed 14 violations by Kangana. Ranaut and BMC’s face-off is seeing new twists and turns with each passing day.
Well, not only Kangana, early this day we told you actress’ neighbour and Bollywood’s ace designer Manish Malhotra too has received a notice from the team for ‘illegal construction.’
