The Central Bureau Of Investigation took over Sushant Singh Rajput's death case after the Supreme Court gave out a verdict in favour of the late actor's family. As the CBI took over the case from Mumbai Police, a lot of people have been called for an investigation. One of the prime witnesses, SSR's flatmate Siddharth Pithani is reportedly being grilled by the CBI for the sixth consecutive day. Siddharth Pithani was the one who was present in Sushant Singh Rajput's home when the actor reportedly died by suicide. Now, a shocking revelation has made its way to media.
As per a report in India Today, Siddharth Pithani revealed to the CBI that in total, eight hard drives were destroyed in Sushant Singh Rajput's home on June 8. It's the date when Rhea Chakraborty reportedly left Sushant Singh Rajput's home. The report further also mentions that IT professionals were called in to erase files from the hard drives. Now, what was in those hard drives and why were they destroyed is yet to be revealed. Whether Sushant was aware of this destruction of the hard drives is also not known. Siddharth Pithani has also informed the CBI that SSR and Rhea had a fight on June 8.
The team of CBI officials had also gone to Sushant Singh Rajput's home in Bandra reportedly to conduct a dummy test. Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj and house staff Dipesh Sawant were also accompanying the team of officials as part of the investigation. Now, the Narcotics Control Bureau has also registered a case against Rhea Chakraborty in Sushant's case.
