Bollywood films have been facing the wrath of the netizens lately and several film have tanked at the box-office. Amid the on-going crisis in the film industry, netizens have also demanded that the films be boycotted. The artists have been facing endless trolls and now Hrithik Roshan is the latest target.

On Saturday, August 13, Hrithik Roshan reviewed Aamir Khan's film Laal Singh Chaddha by tweeting, "Just watched LAAL SINGH CHADDA. I felt the HEART of this movie. Pluses and minuses aside, this movie is just magnificent. Don’t miss this gem guys ! Go ! Go now . Watch it. It’s beautiful. Just beautiful (sic).”

The handsome hunk had praised Aamir, well this seemingly did not go well with the netizens and many Twitter users started trending the hashtag, #BoycottVikramVedha and many have even threatened to boycott the film. 

This comes after Aamir Khan's film, Laal Singh Chaddha, faced a major boycott.







However, some netizens criticised Hrithik for supporting Aamir, and some asked why did he not praise anyone from The Kashmir Files movie. 

For the unversed, The Kashmir Files was a film based on the life of Kashmiri Pandits and the Kashmir insurgency in 1990. The film is a true story, based on video interviews of the first generation of victims The Kashmir Genocide of the Kashmiri Pandit Community.
