This morning we told you that Boney Kapoor hosted a bunch
of special ladies – Sridevi’s ardent fans – at his office. However, hours
before that, he was attending to daddy duties, picking up his darling daughter
Janhvi from the airport.
Janhvi Kapoor is back in Bombay after spending
some downtime in New York. Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s elder daughter was in the
States to spend some much-needed time with her close friends.
Janhvi who makes her Bollywood debut with Dhadak
in a few weeks from now, went through the worst phase of her life, when her
mother, superstar Sridevi, passed away in a tragic incident in Dubai.
Last few months have been full of trials and
tribulations for the Kapoor family, and especially for Boney, who is now a
single parent to Janhvi and Khushi.
He not only lost his “best friend,” but also the
“love of his life” when Sridevi passed away on the night of February
24.
When Janhvi requested him for a mini vacation to
get away from the city, and spend time with her closest pals, Boney welcomed
the idea.
As she returned to India, she was greeted at the
airport by her loving father. This picture of the two hugging it out, will melt
your heart.

Janhvi needed a change of scene and this picture
does suggest that the trip has done her a world of good. Sometimes, it’s great
to spend time with those who matter and know you best. Janhvi’s quiet vacation
with her girl friends, is just what she needed at this point.
