Little did he know what will happen to him when Ajay Pal Chandani--- trusted distributor of Boney and YRF--- tried to ride his friend's new mobike. Ajay lost control and hit a pole. The man had an appointment with God.

A source says, "Ajay's friend had purchased a new mobike. Ajay asked him if he could have a round on it. The friend permitted. Ajay got to the bike but lost control. He could not balance himself. He hit a pole and died almost instantly."

The tragedy happened in Bengaluru, yesterday evening. Ajay was 45 and is survived by a wife and two daughters.

When contacted, Boney Kapoor told SpotboyE.com last night, "I am terribly shaken up. He was such a fine man. He had called me on Thursday and we spoke. Then I called him on Friday and we spoke. Today is Saturday and he's gone forever. It's terrible."

Praising him for his efficacy at work, Kapoor said, "I got overflow from him even on a flop film." Anshu Kapoor of Zee was also praises for Ajay.
