As reported by ANI, the High Court has allowed the actress to add Sanjay Raut's name as one of the parties in the petition. It is reported that the High Court stated that if Kangana is going to argue on the basis of Sanjay Raut's speech submitted by her lawyer, she should be given an opportunity to be heard.
In an affidavit shared, Kangana argued that she has not carried out any illegal altercations in her office. "I deny that I have carried out unlawful additions and alterations as alleged or at all," the affidavit read.
