Bigg Boss 17 witnessed a surprising turn of events with the unexpected eviction of Vicky Jain, widely acknowledged as the show's mastermind and touted as a top 5 contender. His elimination, just a week before the finale, left everyone in disbelief. Vicky's journey in the competition had its share of highs and lows. While he received acclaim for his active participation, his arrogant demeanour towards his wife, Ankita Lokhande, drew criticism. Notably, unlike fellow contestants with ties to the entertainment or social media industry, he had no such connections, yet he commanded a substantial fee for his participation in the show.

As per a Siasat.com report, Vicky reportedly commanded a substantial fee of 71,000 per week during his stint on the show. Remarkably, he amassed approximately 70 lakhs throughout the season, an impressive feat considering his status as a non-celebrity, devoid of any background as a social media influencer or YouTuber.
The eagerly awaited grand finale of Bigg Boss 17 is set to take place on January 28, 2024. Speculation surrounds the possibility that either Arun Mahashetty or Mannara Chopra might opt for the money bag. Presently, the top 3 contenders include Ankita Lokhande, Abhishek Kumar, and Munawar Faruqui. While some of the audience believes Munawar stands a strong chance due to his extensive fan base, there is speculation that the show's creators may spring a surprise by declaring Ankita or Abhishek as the ultimate winner.
