Bhajan Samrat and Bigg Boss 12 contestant Anup Jalota is all set to star in the sequel of the most-loved devotional film Satya Sai Baba. On January 12, Anup had shared a picture of himself in the Satya Sai Baba attire asking his fans if he replicated the self-proclaimed Godman. Now here’s the latest update for all, who were waiting to learn about the new development regarding Anup Jalota’s upcoming film. As per online reports, Anup Jalota has been roped in to play the lead role in sequel Satya Sai Baba.
According to a report in IANS, the 2nd installment is scheduled to go on floor soon. Satya Sai Baba 2 stars an ensemble cast of Jalota along with Sadhika Randhawa, Ekta Jain, Pankaj Berry, Somakshi, Anil Nagrath in the key roles. Speaking to the portal, Anup said that he will bring different incidents this time. He quipped, “The sequel will have lots of actors, as I will be showing different incidents of Satya Sai Baba.”
Earlier sharing his transformation as Satya Sai Baba, Anup had written, “So how do you find the transformation?? Am I not looking like a replica of Satya Sai Baba Ji??.” Check out his first look below:
Anup Jalota had last year made headlines for his comment on Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Speaking to the news agency, the Bhajan Samrat had said, “The Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty matter has been projected as a national issue but it is not a national issue. It is about an actor and his girlfriend who also happens to be an actor. It is not a national security issue that should be highlighted thus, and people hit the roads to protest against it.
