Saif Ali Khan is back with a gritty thriller, Baazaar,
the poster of which was released some time ago.
The film has been directed by debutant Gauravv K Chawla,
Nikkhil Advani’s protégé -- who is co-producing the project. The latter took to
Twitter to share the poster and wrote, “For the years you walked with me,
propped me up. Time to return the favour. Time to soar @gauravvkchawla #Baazaar (sic).”

The poster has a grey-haired Saif standing tall and the
tagline reads, “Yahan paisa Bhagwaan nahi, par Bhagwaan se kam bhi nahi".
This is the actor’s fourth release this year after
Rangoon, Chef and Kalakaandi.
Baazaar also marks the debut of late superstar Vinod
Mehra’s son, Rohan Mehra. Rohan had moved to Kenya when he was 6 years of
age. After travelling the world, he has finally come back to his original
calling -- Bollywood. He has been assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali since 2012,
and has now finally moved onto acting.
To talk about the story of Baazaar, the film is set
against the backdrop of the heady cocktail of city life in Mumbai and its
extremely seductive and dangerous world of stock trading.
Meanwhile, Chef is all set to hit theatres in July and
will clash with Shraddha Kapoor’s The Queen Of Mumbai Haseena and Ranbir
Kapoor-Katrina Kaif’s Jagga Jasoos. Chef is the official remake of the American
film of the same name that starred Jon Favreau, Sofía Vergara, John Leguizamo, Scarlett Johansson, Oliver Platt, Bobby Cannavale, Dustin Hoffman, and Robert Downey Jr.
