Bollywood actor-Ayushmann Khurrana had jetted off to Chandigarh with his family during amidst the Coronavirus pandemic. The actor and his family went to their family home in June and celebrated many festivals together. Ayushmann and his wife constantly treated fans with pictures of them enjoying Diwali, Christmas and the New Year’s too. Now, after welcoming the New Year with his close ones, the Badhai Ho actor has returned to Mumbai after almost six months. The actor is reportedly back in town to sign his next film.
Ayushmann Khurrana is back in Mumbai to sign on the dotted line for his next venture, which will reportedly be announced grandly. According to a report in the Times of India, a trade source revealed the project that Khurrana has come back to sign is a big one. The source in the report said, “It is a big project that will stand out because of its insanely good story-telling. As we now know about Ayushmann, this project will also have a very strong script and he was completely bowled over by it. It will see him collaborating with one of the best filmmakers in Indian cinema today.”
Sharing some more details about the hush-hush project, the trade source said, “Things are being kept under wraps but we expect an announcement soon because Ayushmann has personally flown down for this.” Moving on, Ayushmann confirmed the same about the project. He said, “I will have three releases in 2021 and my intent with these releases is to bring people back to the theatres.” The actor expressed how he intends to bring the people back to the theatres for the movie.
Meanwhile, Ayushmann Khurrana was busy shooting for his upcoming film titled Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. He wrapped the shooting before the New Year in a start-to-finish schedule. The actor also has a film titled Doctor G in the pipeline. Khurrana was last seen in Shoojit Sircar’s Gulabo Sitabo co-starring Amitabh Bachchan.
