Just like any other movies of Akshay Kumar, Atrangi Re is also one of the highly anticipated films. The movie also stars Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush making it an intriguing watch. Adding more excitement to it, the shoot of Atrangi Re has now come to an end, with this, Akshay Kumar took to his Twitter handle to share a new still from the film while thanking his co-stars. In the picture, Akshay Kumar is seen in a magician get up by donning a black hat and an embroidery jacket. He mysteriously smiles at something while flashing a playing card.

While sharing the picture, he also mentions that he can’t wait to showcase the magic to the viewers. He tweeted, “It’s the last day of #AtrangiRe and I can’t wait for you’ll to experience the magic created by @aanandlrai. Also a big thank you to my co-stars #SaraAliKhan and @dhanushkraja for letting me be a part of this beautiful film An @arrahman musical. Written by: #HimanshuSharma” According to his tweet, music maestro AR Rahman will be giving music to the film. The shooting of the film had come to a halt earlier as the director of the film came to an end. 

Somewhere in December, Aanand L Rai revealed that he’s asymptomatic and has quarantined himself as per given instruction by their authorities. Rai wrote in Insta post, “I have tested positive today. Just wanted to inform everyone that I don't feel any symptoms and I feel fine. I'm quarantining as instructed by authorities. Anyone who has come in contact with me recently is advised to quarantine and follow the government protocols. Thank you for your support and blessings.”


On Akshay Kumar’s professional front, films like Bell Bottom, Bachchan Pandey, Prithviraj, Ram Setu and Raksha Bandhan are in the pipeline.
