Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been one of the most searched celebs of 2021. Aryan Khan remained in the news after he was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau from a cruise party with an allegation of consuming drugs. The superstar’s son was first sent into judicial custody, followed by being sent to Arthur Road Jail. He was in the prison for almost 20 days and then was released on bail. The surety for Aryan Khan’s release was given by actress Juhi Chawla. He was granted bail on one condition, that the star kid has to mark his attendance at the NCB office every Friday of the month.
Now as per reports in Bar & Bench, Aryan Khan has moved to Bombay HC filing a plea requesting an exemption from this Friday attendance visit to the NCB office. Aryan has filed this petition as the current investigation in drugs in cruise case have been carried out by SIT NCB in New Delhi. The actor’s son has requested exemption on the basis of 10 grounds. As per reports, “There is no likelihood for the Mumbai office to interrogate him and as a consequence, no point for his attendance to their office every Friday.”
Next is the actor’s son on his every visit to the NCB office, is mobbed by media personnel, hence a huge number of cops are deployed on duty on the day of Aryan’s visit to NCB. “That he is relentlessly accosted by large number of media personnel, extensively photographed and questioned while visiting the NCB office.”
The star kid further requests the Bombay High Court that as he is a student, he wants to lead a life with dignity and respect. Aryan Khan has also assured his full support and cooperation when it comes to investigation in this matter.
