Arjun Kapoor’s Rs 1 Lakh Per Day Parties Make Mohit Suri See Red

This won’t be pleasant news for Arjun Kapoor’s fans, because it’s got nothing to do with his professional achievements or some personal life update! In fact, this is about his unprofessional and callous attitude on-the-sets of his next, Half Girlfriend. This won’t be pleasant news for Arjun Kapoor’s fans, because it’s got nothing to do with his professional achievements or some personal life update! In fact, this is about his unprofessional and callous attitude on-the-sets of his next, Half Girlfriend.

SpotboyE.com has it that Mohit Suri, who is directing Arjun in Half Girlfriend, ended up in an ugly argument with the 2 States actor following his parties and consequent retakes thereafter.

If it was just about reaching late on the-sets, Mohit might have overlooked the matter--- but this one’s a bit more stretched than that.

Buzz is, it all happened in Delhi during the film’s first schedule when Arjun went into a party mode and ran bills of Rs 1 lakh per day for his chilling sessions. Yes, you read it right – Rs 1 lakh per day. The actor who loves to socialise, invited Ranbir Kapoor's cousin Armaan Jain (who made a flop debut with Lekar Hum Deewana Dil) and his friends at his 5-star hotel (where he was put up) to have a bash almost every night after pack up. And this went on for two nights.

Not just this, Arjun’s erratic sleeping schedules resulted in him suffering from lack of concentration on the sets, owing to which he started taking lot of retakes which eventually delayed the shoot. Of course, Arjun realised his inability to give a perfect take, following which he got so frustrated that he blasted a Senior DOP once. Poor DOP. Galti kissi aur ki aur saza kissi aur ko.

These things didn’t go down too well with Mohit and he had a long discussion with Arjun about this after the second night, which eventually snowballed into a showdown.

Now we hear that the temperatures have cooled down and even the second schedule which was held in Cape Town is over, but we bet that the 'jhagda' incident is still fresh in the memory of Mohit and Arjun.

Arjun, guess it wouldn't be wrong to do ‘All work and no play’ for sometime!
