We know that Aamir Khan is working on Salute, the biopic on India's first astronaut Rakesh Sharma. He is co-producing the movie with Siddharth Roy Kapur. It is likely that Aamir wants Ranveer to play a part in his movie.

Aamir and Ranveer had recently met at a fashion awards in Delhi and Ranveer was all taken in by the Superstar. He had posted a picture with Aamir on his social media pages, captioning it “THUG LIFE.”

Coming back to the Rakesh Sharma biopic, it will be directed by Mahesh Mathai who has made films like Bhopal Express and Broken Threads. Aamir has worked with Siddharth Roy Kapur (when he headed UTV) in films like Rang De Basanti and PK. Salute will be produced by Siddharth under his recently launched Roy Kapur Films. And if Ranveer is indeed a part of the film, we are very excited to see Aamir and Ranveer share screen space.
