The world is still reeling under the Covid pandemic, and quarantining people ahead of big events has become the norm. The quarantine period can however be really tough and boring, especially without your loved ones. Amid all the aloofness, the power couple - Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli - has yet again set relationship goals, charming the fans with their longing to be with each other.
Virat and Anushka are currently quarantined and are away from each other, as the cricketers have to stay in the bio-bubble created ahead of the T20 World Cup to be held in Dubai. To note, Virat Kohli is the captain of the Indian cricket team for the T20 World Cup and he is currently camped at a hotel in Dubai. Anushka has also joined her husband on the tour and is currently quarantining in a separate room. And since the two cannot meet, they see each other through windows, balconies and video calls.
Taking to Instagram, Anushka shared glimpses of what she calls "love in the time of bubble life." The actress dropped several pictures of Virat Kohli trying his best to see his lady love.
In one of the pictures, Virat is seen standing on a balcony away from Anushka and smiling at her. Another picture features him waving from the lawn below her room. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, "Couldn’t choose between these two captions – Quarantine makes the heart fonder & Love in the time of bubble life #OhWell, you get the point !"
Actor Ranveer Singh couldn’t hold back from reacting to the post and commented, "Kya, yaar (sic)." We think we all hold the same reaction - KYA YAAR!
Anushka and Virat gave another glimpse of their love-filled shenanigans through a new commercial advertisement. Virushka, who are brand ambassadors of a smartphone brand, featured in another advertisement, in which they can be seen playfully arguing over their pictures being clicked by each other.
In previous ads of the brand, they captured each other’s ‘story’ through a series of portraits. Fans are meanwhile loving Anushka and Virat’s cute banter in the new ad. Reacting to the new video, a fan wrote, “Virat, don’t even argue, she takes your pictures the best.”
“I can’t take my eyes off this video. I need to download for sure,” another said. Many dropped heart emojis on the post and called them ‘cute’.
Work-wise, Anushka was last seen in the film "Zero" in 2018. She produced the web series "Paatal Lok" and the film "Bulbbul" for OTT last year. Next, she has two new projects in the pipeline. She will be seen in Navdeep Singh's "Kaneda", and a biopic of cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
