Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who has directed several critically acclaimed movies such as Dev D, Gangs of Wasseypur, among others, is quite active on social media, and is known for his sarcastic and witty replies on Twitter. Anurag Kashyap is no stranger to trolls, and quite a lot of times, the actor gives befitting replies to them. So as fake tweet about his death, posted by the Twitter handle of KRK Box Office - Kamaal R Khan's entertainment website- surfaced, Anurag Kashyap had an epic sarcastic reply to it.

The tweet shared by the Twitter handle of KRK Box Office read, ‘#RIP #AnuragKashyap! He was really a great storyteller! We will always miss you sir!.’ along with a photo of Anurag Kashyap. The filmmaker retweeted the post and wrote, “कल यमराज के दर्शन हुए .. आज यमराज खुद घर वापस छोड़ के गए । बोले - अभी तो और फ़िल्में बनानी हैं तुम्हें । (Saw Yamraj yesterday. He himself dropped me home today and said, you have to make many more films now).”

His sarcastic tweet further took a jibe at haters, and it read, “तुम फ़िल्म नहीं बनाओगे और बेवक़ूफ़/भक्त उसका boycott नहीं करेंगे , तो उनका जीवन सार्थक नहीं होगा। उनको सार्थकता मिले इसलिए वापस छोड़ गये मुझे।(If you won't make a film and fools/devotees don’t boycott it, then the purpose of their lives will not be fulfilled.
