Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 after reportedly hanging himself in his Bandra house. Since then Mumbai Police are rigorously investigating the matter and interrogating many people. In the midst of all this, some shocking revelations regarding the late actor are coming up, leaving everyone shocked. Recently, in an interview with NDTV, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap claimed that Sushant Singh Rajput had wanted "validation" from big banners in Bollywood, and hence, refused to do his film.
There was also a report where it was suggested that before taking the drastic step of ending his life, Rajput felt Anurag Kashyap would kill him as he refused his offer. Seeing such reports surfacing, the Gangs of Wasseypur director took to his Twitter handle and tagged those reports and said that 'all pretend to care about him.' That's not it, he also explained his side by saying that he was promoting Sushant and Bhumi Pednekar's dacoit film, Sonchiriya the day it came out.
His tweet read, "It’s a horrible thing to do what I am doing .. tagging a sensational headline by the press and media after he passed away. All of you pretend to care about him. I was promoting Sonchiriya the day it came out. Anyways here is the headline.. as proof." After this tweet was made, we went through his comment section where one user wrote, “Sorry to say Anurag it came across very arrogant. Not even talking about these headlines. You sounded slighted because he refused 2 of ur films, that is what came across in this interview. Sadly.” While another one was seen supporting Kashyap as the comment read, “@anuragkashyap72 don't worry sir these media are trp hunter. They saw only TRP content now days. We know you sir, love from your fan and also you are my inspiration sir.”
