Anshula Kapoor shared a photo on her Instagram handle in a blue retro bikini by the poolside. She looked gorgeous wearing the sexy retro bikini. Along with the picture, she shared a lovely note on loving her body and being happy in her own skin. In the caption, the young lady mentioned that three months ago she was not ready to wear a bikini as she was not confident and comfortable wearing it. Anshula even mentioned that she was hesitant wearing a bikini as she always thought that she needs a ‘particular body particular body type to be able to wear certain clothes’. And she further added that she was ‘conditioned to wanting to hide my body and “play it safe”’
The young star kid continued, “This image has been sitting in my drafts for a couple of weeks, because I still have what we call bad body image days. And on days like that I convince myself that only “perfect” photos belong on the feed.. I’m still learning to un-hate my body, I’m learning to be okay with my body even on days when she’s bloated or not looking her best. It is okay to be covered in stretch marks, it is normal to have cellulite & texture, skin is meant to fold and roll, and my FUPA is always going to be a part of me and that’s okay too!”
The young influencer showed her happiness wearing that bikini and mentioned that she was confident and comfortable wearing it. Meanwhile, Anshula has lost a lot of weight lately. Recently, she even spoke about losing weight, mental health processes, diet control, exercise, and more.
