Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most active social media celebrities in Bollywood. He is often seen sharing several photos and videos and also gets in touch with his fans directly by replying to their comments and re-sharing posts. Big B also holds high interest in Cricket and often shares news and updates about the sport.

As the World Cup fever is on, Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter recently to share an article which talks about cricket, which was incidently written by MJ Akbar. For those unaware, MJ Akbar had been accused of sexual misconduct by a number of women when the #MeToo wave hit India. Big B captioned the Tweet as, “T 3213 - A pertinent article by MJ Akbar : " India is the Capital of Cricket Capitalism " .. almost an ode to the WC2019 cricket team of Afghanistan!!” Have a look at the post here:

In other news, Amitabh Bachchan will be next seen in Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra, starring real life couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.  He is currently shooting for Shoojit Sircar's Gulabo Sitabo with Ayushmann Khurrana  in Lucknow. His look from Gulabo Sitabo was revealed recently  and his eccentric character looks quite quirky. The film is believed to be a comedy and is set to release in April 2020.Big B will also be seen enacting the role of a lawyer in Chehre, directed by Rumi Jaffrey.
