Only yesterday, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan shared a cryptic post by saying that he has ‘travelled’ to attend the ‘mahurat of first day’. His tweet further mentioned that he is up for ‘a new film a new beginning’. Though the tweet left everyone confused, it was speculated that he might have headed to Hyderabad to shoot his upcoming film with Prabhas for Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi film. Well, now, confirming about the same, the Baahubali star recently took to his Instagram account and announced that they have begun the shoot of the film, also starring Deepika Padukone, on the auspicious day of Guru Purnima.
Sharing a picture of the clapboard that has 'Project K' written on it, Prabhas captioned it with, “On this #GuruPurnima, it is an honour for me to Clap for the Guru of Indian cinema!… it now begins!! #ProjectK @amitabhbachchan @deepikapadukone @nag_ashwin @vyjayanthimovies” Well, we wonder if the film’s name is Project K. The moment he shared an update regarding the film, his fans quickly congratulated him and sent him best wishes. A fan commented, “Oh prabhas garu all the best” while another one said, “Waiting for another biggest blockbuster.”
Talking about Big B’s tweet, he wrote, “travelled .. and the mahurat of first day tomorrow. a new film a new beginning, a new environ. ‘NEW’ never fades .. it grows exponentially.”
Meanwhile, talking about the film, Nag Ashwin had earlier said in a statement, “I’m very excited to see Deepika play this character. It is something no mainstream lead has done before and will be quite a surprise for everyone. The pairing of Deepika and Prabhas will be one of the main highlights of the film and the story between them, I believe will be something audiences will carry in their hearts for years to come.”
