Bollywood actor Aamir Khan along with filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani and the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha, launched a new policy in the Union Territory. This launch was about pushing the envelope to make Jammu & Kashmir, filmmakers’ favourite destination for shoots. The 3 Idiots actor recently shot at the beautiful location, only to go gaga over it. Meanwhile, also seen at the shoot was his wife Kiran Rao, with whom he announced seperation last month.
On the launch event of the new film policy, in the union territory, perfectionist Khan shared that his family, as well as Kiran’s family, are staying together in J&K, under one roof. As he talked at the event about his stay in J&K, he only had praiseworthy words for the beautiful destination in India. Further, he mentioned just like the place, people are also warm, also joining him at the location was his mother and sister and even Kiran’s parents.
The actor was overwhelmed with the love and support he received during his stay, thus compelling him to visit it over and over again. He said, “Jitni khoobsurt jagah Kashmir hai utne hi khoobsurat yahan ke log. Aur jab se hum aayen hai yahan par, humara poora parivar yahan par hai. Humari ammi, behene aayi hai. Kiran ke parents aayen hai. Itni mohabbat aur itna pyaar hume yahan mil raha hai. Dil kaega ki baar baar hum yahan aayen.”
