This year has turned out to be the worst one for Bollywood as many stars passed away. Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Saroj Khan, Wajid Khan and many more left for their heavenly abodes. Among all, the death of Sushant Singh Rajput shocked one and all. The young actor reportedly died by suicide as he was found hanging in his apartment. Later, from CBI to NCB, investigating agencies jumped in to investigate his death case. The Narcotics Control Bureau is now neck deep into busting Bollywood's alleged drug nexus. Amidst all this, Irrfan Khan's wife has demanded that CBD Oil should be legalised in India.

Sharing a picture of the hospital from London where Irrfan Khan underwent his cancer treatment, Sutapa Sikdar wrote, "London revist looking at his hospital room from outside like everytime I did while he was there #walkingalone #wishyouwerethere #cancerpain #LegalizeCBDoilinindia." As per various online reports, CBD Oil helps relieve the pain caused due to cancer treatment, and hence, Sutapa seems to be demanding legalisation of the same. It was in 2018 that the Angrezi Medium actor was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour and he had taken off to London for the treatment. On April 29, 2020, he breathed his last after putting up a brave fight against cancer.

Coming to CBD oil, it is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant. In Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, during the investigation of the NCB, reportedly, it came to light that the late actor consumed CBD Oil. Stories around Shraddha Kapoor purchasing CBD Oil online also made headlines.
