Amid Aryan Khan's Arrest In Drugs Case, Shweta Pandit, Farah Khan Ali And Sanjay Gupta Extend Their Support To Shah Rukh Khan And Gauri Khan

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's son Aryan was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) last week in a Mumbai cruise drug bust case. The arrest came after the department conducted a raid following a tip-off about drug use in a Goa-bound Cordelia cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. On Friday, Aryan was sent to Arthur Road Jail after his bail plea was rejected by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) RM Nerlikar.

Following that many celebrities came out in support of SRK and Gauri. The latest person to extend support is Shweta Pandit. Taking to Twitter, she wrote, "Honestly, my heart goes out to @iamsrk... hope he gets relief n support soon. So many serious crimes happening around but this case escalates to another level and also tries to ruin a young man's future. No parent should see a day like this in their life." 

She added, "I hope this incident only gives you more strength/power @iamsrk... it shakes me up to even think how one's own achievement can be used against you someday! Very painful. Please don't change and be the same fun and thoughtful person that you are. All your fans are with you." In a follow-up post, she wrote, "Anyone who dare tries to troll me with most rotten rubbish. Beware. All you need to do is shut up and not type anything #standwithsrk @iamsrk." Sanjay Gupta too extended his support to Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri. He tweeted, "Shahrukh Khan has always been there in his own way for everyone that has ever needed help and reached out to him. THIS I CAN SAY FOR A FACT!" In another tweet, he wrote, "I am a father. My son is 10yrs old. God forbid he has to pay the price for my beliefs. So not fukn fair!"

Farah Khan Ali tweeted, "SRK and family have my support. Always have and always will have my support. Have known them personally too long and know they are good people. I pray all goes well for them @iamsrk."

In a major update, Aryan Khan did not get bail today, his next bail hearing will take place on Wednesday in the Mumbai Sessions Court.
