Global sensation Priyanka Chopra has created quite the stir. She has once again given wind to the discussions about the unfair treatment of ‘outsiders’ in Bollywood by talking about how she had to get out of the industry. After Kangana Ranaut and filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri, Aligarh's scriptwriter Apurva Asrani has now heaped praises on her for speaking up. He called her achievement a massive win and remembered late actors Parveen Babi and Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sharing a tweet by a media publication, Asrani took to Twitter to hail the Citadel actress’ brave interview. He wrote, “Finally Priyanka Chopra reveals what everyone knew, but said not a word. Not the liberals, not the feminists. They hail those that ostracized her, celebrate the kings that tried to destroy her. It is a massive win that she didn't end up like Parveen Babi or Sushant Singh Rajput.” ALSO READ: OMG!
