Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has been enjoying one of the best phases of her life. Despite being a doting mother to her daughter and husband, Ranbir Kapoor’s daughter Raha Kapoor, she has been climbing the heights of success as an actress, a producer as well as an entrepreneur. She often opens up about the challenges she faces in her personal and professional life. A huge advocate of mental health, in a latest interview she had opened up about how going to therapy every week has helped her after the birth of her daughter.
It was in 2023, during an interview with Vogue India, when Alia made some candid revelations about being a new mother and how it took a toll on her mental health. Having openly discussed dealing with mommy guilt of leaving her daughter at home so that she can work, she candidly opened up about people’s perception of her. She explained how even though she gets praised for handling her professional and private life flawlessly she makes it possible by going to therapy every week. She shed light on how she works hard towards dealing with her anxiety and her fears. The 31-year-old actress added, “I work hard on my mental health — I go to therapy every week where I voice these fears. And it helps me understand that this is not something that I will be able to figure out on day one or five or even ten; it’s an ever-evolving, ever-growing process. You have to be able to pick up the pieces of yourself and build a new every day. On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War. Co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, the movie is set to release in Christmas 2025. She has Jigra, Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra franchise and Farhan Akhtar’s directorial Jee Le Zara alongside Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra Jonas in her pipeline. She will also be headlining YRF's spy universe as the leading first lady with an upcoming project.
