Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is currently basking in the success of Gangubai Kathiawadi winning in 5 categories at the 69th National Films Awards. She also won the Best Actress award, which has flooded the social media with congratulatory messages. There is no stopping the actress now, as she has achieved an unbelievable feat in the past decade of her career. After making a smashing Hollywood debut, she is all set to star in her very first action-packed heroine-led movie which will be a part of YRF’s spy verse.
For those who don’t know, the spy verse includes movies like the Tiger franchise, Pathan and War. According to the recent report by Bollywood Life, Alia’s untitled next film will also feature Sharvari Wagh in a pivotal role. It is being stated that the actress is leaving no stone unturned in giving her best in the upcoming out-an-out action film. As per the report both the actresses will be undergoing an intense prep for the next 3 months as they will be joining “superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Hrithik Roshan,” in one of India’s most successful movie universes. Talking about training for their characters, Alia and Sharvari will be going through a rigorous 3 month-long preparation regime so that they are ready for the high-octane action sequences. The media publication states that they will be training in mixed martial arts. Quoting a Pinkvilla source, they added, “The film will be made on a huge scale and requires both actresses to be in prime physical condition, ready for the demanding action sequences they will tackle together. For the unversed, Alia is currently busy enjoying one of the best phases of her life. She tied the knot with the love of her life and longtime boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor in April 2022 in an intimate ceremony in the presence of their close friends and family. They announced their first pregnancy in June 2022 and welcomed their baby daughter Raha in November 2022.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s comeback movie Rani Aur Rocky Ki Prem Kahani and Gal Gadot starrer Heart Of Stone. She also has Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra franchise and Farhan Akhtar’s directorial Jee Le Zara alongside Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra Jonas in her pipeline.
