Ali Fazal and Gal Gadot who had a ball of a time during the shoot of Death on the Nile in London last year are yet to reunite for the film’s promotions; thank God for social media that keeps people close despite the distance. However, as we speak of the two, we get to see a sweet social media banter between Ali and Gal. When the Wonder Woman star announced the release of her film Wonder Woman 1984 in the theatres, the Mirzapur star was quick to send over his best wishes. The superhero film will be releasing in the theatres after it was put on hold due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. After a lot of waits, the film will be released on the big screens on December 16 as well as on HBO Max on December 25.
Ali quoted her tweet and warmly wrote, “Best of luck Gal. It's going to be great. Everyones looking forward to this.” While Gal replied by saying, “thank you. miss you!” That’s a good example of how to build up your peers and why the movie industry despite its competitive streak, is a wonderful place filled with kindness. Announcing her movie releasing in the cinema halls on Twitter, she tweeted, “IT’S TIME. We’ve all waited a long time for this one to come. I can’t tell you how excited I am for all of you to see this movie.
Her note further read, "It wasn’t an easy decision and we never thought we’d have to hold onto the release for such a long time but Covid rocked all of our worlds. We feel the movie has never been so relevant and we hope that it’ll bring some joy, hope and love to your hearts. Wonder Woman 1984 is a special one for me and I can only hope it’ll be as special to you too. We’ve put our hearts and souls into it. So.. you can watch it IN THEATRES (they’re doing an amazing job keeping it safe) and you can watch it on HBOMax from your homes. Sending you my love. Please keep safe and wear a mask. Happy holidays to all of us! Let the light shine in.” ALSO READ: Wonder Woman Star Gal Gadot Reacts To The Controversial 'Imagine' Video; Says: 'I Had Nothing But Good Intentions'
